CASHEW SESAME BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE CUPS

PREP TIME: 30 minutes

COOK TIME: 5 minutes

SERVES: 12

INGREDIENTS
  • 250 g of 70% dark chocolate coarsely chopped
  • about ¾ cup of cashew sesame butter

 

PREPARATION
  1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Add about 1 tbsp of melted chocolate in each muffin tin.
  3. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  4. Pull out of the freezer and add about 1 tbsp of cashew sesame butter in each tin.
  5. Freeze once again for 10 minutes
  6. Pull out of the freezer and repeat step 2.
  7. Refrigerate until serving time.
