NUT CHEE*SE BUCATINI WITH PARSLEY

225 g of bucatini
1/2 cup of NUT CHEE*SE
1/2 cup of pasta water
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of chili flakes
A handful of parsley, roughly chopped
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
One minute before the end, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Strain the pasta, and set aside in a pan.
For the sauce, mix the NUT CHEE*SE, the pasta water, the pepper and the chili flakes until smooth.
Pour the sauce over the pasta and cook on medium-high heat during one minute until the pastas are evenly coated with the sauce. Add the parsley and olive oil (optional) and cook an extra minute.
Divide in 3 bowls and serve immediately.
