OPEN-FACED BAGEL SANDWICH WITH CASHEW DILL BUTTER, CARROTS AND CAPERS

SERVES: 2

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 bagels, cut in half
  • 3 tbsp. of cashew dill butter
  • Marinated carrots (we use this recipe)
  • Marinated onions (we use the same recipe as the carrots)
  • Capers
  • Fresh dill

 

PREPARATION
  1. Toast bagel.
  2. Spread each half with the cashew dill butter.
  3. Garnish with the marinated carrots and onions, the capers and fresh dill.

 

NOTES
  • Can be enjoyed as an open-faced or a closed face sandwich.
