VEGGIE COCONUT WRAPS WITH NUT CHEE*SE

SERVES: 5 wraps

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 5 coconut wraps – we use this brand
  • 1 julienned Lebanese cucumber
  • 2 carrots pealed and shredded
  • A big handful of kale
  • A big handful of dill (more to taste)
  • 5 tbsp of NUT CHEE*SE

 

PREPARATION
  1. Place a single coconut wrap on a cutting board. Add 1 tbsp of NUT CHEE*SE at the end of the wrap closest to you.
  2. Add cucumber, carrots, kale and dill and roll tightly away from you to enclose filling.
  3. Repeat with the 4 other remaining wraps
  4. Slice and enjoy immediately

 

NOTES
  • We prefer using raw vegetables in this wrap, since they add extra crunchiness.
